What is
MagicBot
MagicBot is a chat client used on Battle.net. It has
built in functions that let you keep track of where all your
friends' at.
Can MagicBot go in private channels?
Battle.net has banned all chatting bots from going in to
private channels. Current version of MagicBot cannot access private channels on
Battle.net . A new version of MagicBot that can access
private channels is being developed. The Current version
of MagicBot is able to perform all its built in function without
accessing private channels.
What functions does MagicBot currently
have?
There are 6 user commands on the MagicBot ver.1.0 beta
- !Online- shows the online status of users of the MagicBot
monitor.
- !Allseen- shows the last 10 user who accessed the MagicBot.
- !MonitorWho- shows all the users that MagicBot currently
monitoring.
- !MonitorMe- let other users add themselves to MagicBots'
monitor.
- !Mail- let you send mail to another offline user who is on
MagicBots' monitor.
- !Commands- shows all the commands that is available on
MagicBot.
When I log on to Battle.net, it sometime
give me the "either the user name or password is
incorrect" message, and I am sure the name and pass is
correct.
You may log on to some foreign Battle.net server (like Asia
battle.net) that doesn't recognize your user name and password.
Make sure which server to want to log on to and delete the
servers that you don't need. You can always restore you server
list by click on the server list restore button in the MagicBot
Control Panel.
